1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InfinityMock ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InfinityMock is an AI-powered mock test platform that generates unlimited practice questions for 275+ competitive exams from 50+ countries. The Service includes question generation, performance analytics, and progress tracking.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

• New users receive 150 free credits upon signup.
• Each new AI-generated question costs 1 credit.
• Previously seen questions can be retaken for free.
• Additional credits can be purchased through Stripe. All purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Credit packs: 30 credits for $1, 150 credits for $5.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the AI-generated questions for redistribution
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute content generated by the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on InfinityMock is owned by InfinityMock or its licensors. AI-generated questions are provided for personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Service content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated questions may occasionally contain errors. InfinityMock does not guarantee that the questions will match actual exam content or that using the Service will result in passing any exam.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfinityMock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to exam results, lost data, or loss of profits.

9. Daily Usage Limits

To ensure fair usage and maintain service quality, we may impose daily limits on the number of tests that can be generated. These limits may vary based on account type and server capacity.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and remaining credits may be forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
